Update waitlist

Would be great to update a waiting list entry after it is made (including comments). The only change/ update that can be made is Remove from wait list which is done via the report. 
If we add a student to the waitlist for a course it is valuable for us to be able to record conversations around contact after the initial entry is made, for example if the student has been contacted to offer a particular date etc.
