Help Text Pop-Ups on Assessments and Learning Plans

When we make changes to Learning plans in 'Live mode" we get a pop up that provides further information on what happens when we amend it...

Is it possible to have this same functionality as part of the Assessment Builder, so that we can add 'Help Text' Pop ups for things like 'glossary' items or 'How to' information.
