Workflow - add pop up information box about the importance of the FROM field

When creating a workflow, it would be helpful to have a pop up information box to explain that if you leave the FROM field as blank it will default to your API / IT system admin user.

This means, if you do not select a contact in this FROM field then the receiver of the email (the student) may 'reply' to the auto generated email and it will go to the system admin email address.

If you have an IT department with a ticketing system, then it will inadvertently create an IT ticket.
