Hi team, when an existing note is modified, could the datestamp and editer's name be added in the notes also?

  I agree with Yuki as we always need an evidence trail for auditors as to how issues are handled and the decisions made on things like plagiarim for example which would require supporting notes. If someone else is able to modify the note but is not be listed or accountable that could call into question the authenticity of issue management and the reliability of the outcome.
