Never Show Correct Responses should be default setting

Hi,

We recently had an issue where assessments were all of a sudden showing students the correct answer on questions they had got wrong.

This only seems to have started from last week so I believe something triggered this in the lasted update or when our subdomain was migrated.

We have gone through all assessment types now to ensure the 'Never Show Correct Response' is ticked to fix the issue, but from an RTO perspective, I believe that not showing correct responses should be the default option and if for some reason you wanted students to see the correct answers then you should have to tick a box to achieve this, not the other way around.
