Assessment Management - Add Workshop View for assessments similar to SCORM

Hi Team,

We've recently started using the inbuilt Axcelerate assessment engine for some course types.

We already use SCORM based e-learning for some course types and find the ability to view E-Learning status at the Workshop level to be extremely convenient and a huge time saver.

 

Currently to view Axcelerate assessment statuses we need to do it either through the linked class (e.g. pictured below), or on an individuals contact page. Both options add extra clicks and are less streamlined than what we have available for the SCORM based content.

 

Would love to see an Assessments view at the workshop level!

  Thanks for the feedback everyone.
  
  The Assessments view on the workshop page has recently been added which will hopefully make viewing Assessment information for Workshop enrolments much easier.
  
  There are also a few more small improvements that we'll be making to this view to look out for over the next couple of releases.

  I've just noticed that we don't even have the e-learning view option on our workshops, how do we get this?

  I would love an assessments view as we have external assessments they have to complete before attending and this would make it easier to check who has completed them.

  Hi Pip, 

  We have the e-learning view on our workshops that have an internal unit with a linked SCORM package.. not sure if the unit needs to be internal. 

  I don't believe we did anything else to make this appear.

  More thoughts on this:

   

  A similar view in the trainer app would also be very helpful, we almost don't use it because it is so tedious to look at student progress.

  Thank you for your comments and feedback.

  I wanted to let you know that we've begun investigations into this task to determine its viability. Specifically, whether there are any performance impacts we need to consider.
