Additional "Tick box" for client

Is it possible to add another "field or tick box" on the Workshop Screen when looking at all the attendees for a particular workshop

I would like to add another "field" that states:  Entered in MYP or simply MYP.

Could you please tell me if this is possible and if there is a cost related to this.
