Enable wordpress plugin to display more than 100 instances of workshops.

Currently, the WordPress plugin will only output 100 instances of a workshop type. This means that if you have 100 instances of a course in March, but have scheduled April dates, they will not display on the website even though they are scheduled in aXcelerate. Suggest having a setting in the plugin where you can stipulate how many instances to display rather than having it hardcoded to only display 100.
