Wordpress Plugin - Better support for online self paced courses

Currently we offer some courses with entirely online / self paced completion options, and list these for enrolment on our wordpress site with the axcelerate plugin.
Unfortunately there are some drawbacks / points of confusion for our students, mainly that we must list a date and time for the workshop.
We have tried to address this by customising the text in the location field (as well as providing additional info post enrolment) as pictured below, but some students are still understandably confused before enrolment, especially when viewing on a mobile device:
It would be fantastic if we had the option to override date and/or time with other text for a particular course type, something like the below would be ideal:

We would typically recommend creating entirely online / self paced courses as a Class as opposed to a Workshop.
There might be some modifications required to the WordPress page to enable this, so I'll convert this into a support request and have the team provide you with some additional information.
