Contact Profile Change Log

Hi Axcelerate Support,

We have received a request from our Compliance Manager for the ability to have a log of change events enacted by a system user on a contact profile for auditing purposes.

I realise can you can currently see last change made [by user] and the date/time of the change however there are no other details supplied and this will only show the user that made the most recent change not all users who have made a change etc.

  This would be excellent for internal auditing and ongoing staff training purposes.

  If you can't see where a mistake was made then you struggle to prevent the same mistake from occuring.

  Agreed, we find the Student Log and the Workshop Log very helpful for tracking purposes.

  1000% this would be a huge help if we could see this. Previous SMS that I have used have allowed you to see who updates, uploads, creates etc. across most areas of the contact card including portfolio.

  As a Compliance Manager I strongly support an audit trail of all data entry activity. Not only does this provide a record of who did what and when, but also assists to identify who is making errors - allowing improvements of processes and staff development.
