When duplicating a template, also duplicate the default email subject

We are really happy that we can now have separate template names from the email subject.

I've just noticed however that the email subject is not duplicated but everything else is.

It would be great to have that duplicate as well, otherwise, you could not realise and you are trying to send the template to a student and there is no default email subject.
