Save and next - assessment creation

Can we add a save and next button when creating assessments?
Its super annoying having to hit save question, then clicking on the next one, especially since the questions always move around. 

Having a save and next button would allow ease for proof reading, checking formatting etc. Currently its a lot harder then it needs to be.
