Adding Subtasks to user Tasks

Would be great if under a user task if there were sub-tasks This kinda exists for quality where you have a goal and tasks but be great for user tasks.

Example

Enrol Student due 1/5/2022

Sub task 1 - Check education certificate due 10/4/2022
Sub task 2 - Talk to Karen about accommodation due 15/4/2022
Sub task 3 - Check supplier for textbook Due 15/4/2022
