when a trainer has completed PD / internal upskilling (eg has completed HLTAID009 and received a SoA) for a UoC, this transitions across to their Trainer Evidence matrix internally, rather than the SoA needing to be downloaded from their person record and then re-uploaded to their trainer evidence.

The ability to train / assess is still controlled by an approval process, but the internal evidence transfers through and does not need to be manually  uploaded.
