Add a comment in the student log to indicate if a unit status change is the automatic result of assessments or elearning being marked

It would be really helpful from a quality assurance point of view if student logs on a student's Qualification Unit Status & Enrolment page could indicate if unit codes were changed to C as an automatic result of related eLearning and assessments being completed or if the unit status was manually updated.

There is a not when an enrolment status is automatically set to completed via a unit update, something like this would be really great for the unit status too.

Below I have highlighted in Green where the comment could go and in yellow I have highlighted the existing comment that the idea is based off, something like that for unit status would be fantatic.

The reason this would be helpful is to give staff certainty about what actions resulted in the unit status changing and this helps to identify if processes are not being followed correctly or if people are making mistakes and require further training and asistance with the system.

  I spoke to the devs about this one, as I do like the suggestion. Unfortunately, the generation of student log entries is quite a complex process behind-the-scenes, so we'll need to await further feedback from our customer base before committing this to the backlog.
