Ability to bulk delete portfolio items ("privacy purge")

We collect a lot of sensitive information from applicants to our courses for compliance/verification/pre-requisite purposes. Every time we run an application process we spend a lot of time conducting a 'privacy purge' per privacy legislation (which requires us not to keep personal information once it is no longer needed).

I would love to see a bulk-delete function for the portfolios of (checked) applicants from a cohort. Or (at a minimum) 'delete portfolio contents' at user level.

For example: I have 526 applicants for an online course who have provided a lot of private information (req by Govt), some of the most enthusiastic up to ten documents in one portfolio category. That's going to take an eternity to clear out one by one with two 'okays' each before I can move to the next.
