Option to not send logon invite

I don't know if there is interest in this, or if it's even straight forward, but when creating a new user, what is the possibility of adding a "Do not send logon invite" option.

We use enforce logon via our Office 365 authentication so prefer not to send invites. At the moment we can overwrite the email address, which is good, but feel it would be cleaner if it just didn't send an invite at all.
