Daylight Savings Time

With daylight savings commencing in NSW & VIC again this weekend we are looking for suggestions on how we can manage this within the axe calendar. We have trainers and students across the different time zones (for example the trainer is in NSW and the student in QLD) so this makes it very difficult to schedule training sessions, send emails and automated workflows containing times.

The system settings will only take a single time zone for all functions across the system.

Functionality such as that in Outlook calendar that automatically adjusts time zones to the users location would be the ideal solution.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?

  Hoping for any update on this as it is causing a great deal of confusion and missed training session for trainers and students which is costing time and money.

  Hi there - we also find the changing timezones with workflows to be extremely problematic. Would love to see a solution for this - I don't think the current set up is a viable option for a platform being used across all states/territories! Thanks!
