Report showing who has not created Global Account for a workshop

It would be extremely useful to have a report that shows who has not created a Global Account for specific workshops. This way we could run a workflow based on this report and send emails to students reminding them that this needs to be done. It gives us the opportunity to have a heads up prior to the workshop that there may be students requiring assistance with setting the global account up.

  Agreed, this would be good for workflows.

  I suggested something similar but different a little while back that it would also be helpful to see who has a verified account at a workshop level so that you can also identify students who have not yet set up your accounts. I was thinking we could send emails from the workshop to those students or identify who needs support for instance the day before or on the morning of the workshop.

  Adrian's suggestion of a report and workflow would be excellent and I feel would complement my suggestion.

  This is required for us as well as we have classes over 50 people so searching by individual isn't a great option.

  We also would need this. I would have assumed that a new field/feature added to a system is able to be reported on as well. We have thousands of students to wade through and get them set up with a global account.

  Hi, Just following up on this request. It needs to be able to show these students based on a workshop filter as well. This way we can send a reminder email to students X number of days prior to a workshop reminding them to create the account.

  Hi aXcelerate, has there been any development in this area??

  We want to start enforcing students complete online learning and set up their accounts before attending a workshop but without the proper report, it makes it hard to monitor and apply workflows to this process.

  I've tried setting up reports to get the data I need and none are suitable. Class start date needs to be added as a filter on the Online Assessments with Class Enrolments and Online Assessments with Class Unit Enrolments since commencement date changes once they commence..

  Learning plan reports would also be useful.
