Actions for student who did not attend
Hi team,
Currently when you "cancel" a student you it also cancels the student out of qualification and e-learning. Would it be possible to have the same feature added for students marked as "did not attend"?
Thank you.

Hi aXcelerate team
It would be good for a student who 'did not attend' a workshop to be treated the same as a cancelled student ie prompt to withdraw from unit and elearning.
When cancelling a student from a workshop, I also noticed that you cannot un-enrol a student just from the e-assessment, you have to tick both withdraw from unit of competency and e-learning assessment. Is it possible to be able to choose 'withdraw from elearning' only? e.g. student was assessed by paper instead. Currently, we have to Withdraw and then go back in and update the outcome from W to C or CA etc.

Hi aXcelerate team.
Just adding a vote to this idea please! Currently, to mark a student as "Did Not Attend" can often require three major steps:
1. Update course enrolment status to "did not attend"
2. Cancel class enrolment
3. Cancel enrolment in any assessments.
Currently, there is a link in the system at steps 2 and 3, prompting the user when cancelling the class enrolment if they also want to cancel any linked assessments? It would be great if this same prompt could be added between steps 1 and 2 (i.e. If updating the course status to "Did not attend" = user is prompted 'do you want to cancel class & assessment enrolments too?... Or if the user starts by cancelling the class enrolment, they are prompted - 'do you want to update hte course status and assessments too?').
In summary, the point is there is currently an enormous click-rate to completely finalise a student's enrolment which becomes quite cumbersome when dealing with large training volumes :)
Cheers!
