Multiple Quals to One Learning Plan

Often refresher course assessment instruments are identical to the initial course under the same unit of competency / qualficiation / skill set.  They still have to meet the criteria in order to issue a Statement.

Rather than having to create 2 learning plans for identical assessments, it would be great to assign at least 2 qualifications to one learning plan.  Currently only 1 qual can be allocated at learning plan creation.

  Hi Vicki

  Thank you for your feedback. This is functionality we would like to make available in the future. However, in the interim, you can do the following:

  1. Create Learning Plan for Qualification A
  2. Create a Class for Qualification A
  3. Apply the Learning Plan & Save
  4. Update the Class to Qualification B

  You will need to ensure the Units on Qualification A and B are the same, but this should work as an interim solution until we're able to improve the functionality.
