    Hi Everyone, 

    Thank you for your feedback!

    Updates have been made to our Workflow engine to ensure that when a new workflow is created, the 'From' user now defaults to your API user unless a different user is specified. 

    Previously created workflows can be updated to send from your API user by removing the user currently listed against the 'From' field within the Workflow update page.

    An option is to create a system user with your RTO name and email address, but set it up as 'no access'.

    That way you can use that active user on your workflows maybe?

    Unfortunately not with our Turbo 'user' subscription. 

    It allows the system user when sending manually, just missing from the workflow for some reason
