Workflow - Send Emails from 'System User'
CompletedFor some reason, workflows cannot be sent by the system user (which is the RTO name and generic contact email address), rather it HAS to be sent from one of the active users' accounts.
It is inconsistent as I can select the system account when sending a template manually to a student through their contact or class/communication

Workflows are used for many general emails to students and employers, with updates and notices... it would be more professional to come from the generic system email.

Thank you for your feedback!
Updates have been made to our Workflow engine to ensure that when a new workflow is created, the 'From' user now defaults to your API user unless a different user is specified.
Previously created workflows can be updated to send from your API user by removing the user currently listed against the 'From' field within the Workflow update page.
