Extract reports on system set up information

I am probably the only person who would like this feature but thought I would through it out there to see if there is any other support. 

For years we have struggled with being able to update/maintain larger numbers of course type set ups, room set ups, etc.

It would be great if we could run reports on these areas to extract that data in the fields (target audience, extra information, and settings, subjects, ect) to enable full reviews to happen. It would also make it easier for our compliance team to see all the information at a glance.

If this was possible for user settings so you can see the permissions all users had at a glance that would be good also.
