Templates Dashboard - Prior Education Field additional shortcode and feature

We would like to request if these additional Templates Dashboard features can be added:
> Prior Education Qualification Yes|No shortcode on the Templates Dashboard

   - only the Prior Education List shortcode is currently available on the shortcode list.

> Auto default to N/A if there's no selection done on the Prior Education List field (Bachelors' Degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, etc.)
