elearning preview function to include completion record and export function

Before final release of elearning to students in the live environment, it would be good if the preview function had a completion record attached so that whatever has been tested in staging can be viewed as also happening in production.

It would also be good if you can export elearning and assessments from staging into production instead of rebuilding them.
