Online Assessment - "Back to Overview"

At the moment in electronic assessments, when you finish an assessment in the Learner Portal the 'Assessment Submitted' screen comes up. Then you hit "Back to Overview". This then takes you to the Assessment Overview page.

Is it possible that there is the option to direct students instead back to to the "Activity Overview" page and their Learning Plan. This would definitely help students to much more easily navigate a course and make it much more seamless.
