Update unit outcome based on online assessment completion - excluding scorm elearning

Currently in the system settings you can automatically update a unit outcome when a student completes eLearning (SCORM) and online Assessments or the new recent release allows for units to update just on eLearning (SCORM) completion.

However there is no setting in the system to update based on completion of online assessments alone if the eLearning (SCORM) is not completed.

This is causing issues for us because our eLearning (SCORM) is the learner resources/guide, it is not an assessment requirement for the student to complete the learner guide (SCORM) in order to be awarded competency for the unit.

I believe it would be logical to have a setting in the system to allow you to set if the eLearning is a requirement for a competency outcome or not since for us, it is not.
