Turn off Workflows for specific workshop / class instances

I think the ability to selectively turn off workflows for specific instances would be beneficial. Sometimes you may need to stop workflows for a specific class / workshop due to changes to that instance - eg with COVID lockdown we have postponed most courses but not all. We have many workflows running associated to each instance and as we are running some courses we cant isolate workshops by "type"
