Issue with AXcelerate auto grading via Moodle Course Completion

We integrated Moodle and aXcelerate to enable auto grading for competent student when course completion on Moodle is triggered which did work to some extent. But a feature of built in functionality it only works when trainer marks students satisfactory after the end date of the workshop.

Not sure why this was intended as due to this many students who have already been marked before the end date of workshop, their grades are not changing.
It is not ideal for our trainers to start marking the student after the end of the workshop date as they are occupied with too many things such as make sure course contents are ready for next block, create timetables, mark the redo assessment and many more. And trainer have every right to mark their students during their convenient time. So, if you can modify or remove this feature it would be of a great help.

  valuable feedback. we should be able to mark and finalise the result in Moodle before the workshop end date in AX.

  Well this to me make sense me. If we were to think logically that's how every education provider work, give the students assignment mark if off release grade before the actual term end date. 
  I hope aXcelerate Dev team reassess the scenario and modify function accordingly.
