Invoice Window - reformat to remove gap on left side

Does anyone else have an issue with the formatting of the invoice window?

I find there is a lot of wasted space on the left hand side, and so when you need to open other fields on the invoice, you are forced to scroll left/right, when there is a big wasted space on the left... 

I've asked for it to be re-formatted and was told it needs to put through as an 'idea'..
