Remove Fax prefix from Client Agreement signature

Currently the Client Agreement mailout has a field as part of the signature block.

This should be either:

• Removed completely 
• Conditional to only show if a user has a fax number recorded
• Reworked to allow aXc users to set a custom sig that is used across all email content (currently is appears inconsistent between the different email content that gets produced.
