Updating results should not be allowed when student is Not Enrolled (N.E.) in unit.

If a student is not enrolled in a unit (e.g. with outcome N.E.) you should not be able to update the result (e.g. change to outcome competent or withdrawn).

Are there any plans to restrict being able to change outcomes for students who are not enrolled in that unit?

  We also sometimes use the bulk tool to enrol students, there is the option to select 'all enrolled' so if a student is NE I would think they won't be included, I may be misunderstanding this though.

  Hi Tomos, yes in the section when bulk updating results in a workshop. I see what you mean, I was hoping that this option was removed so it wasn't updated by accident. Thanks Pip, you are correct, if you tick the 'all enrolled' option it does not select the N.E. units for students but this is a manual step and I was hoping this mgiht be able to be restricted somehow.
