Dashboard Widget to display only 'Task Requester' on main screen

Dashboard widget for tasks 

It would be great if it had the option to only see the tasks i set for others, currently the tasks i assign staff members are lost amongst all the other tasks created around the office. 

A drop down box with Task Requester as the viewable option would be amazing.
