Workshop dates - Exclude dates pattern

When creating workshops you can save/load patterns for the days/times/trainers etc. to quickly apply a pattern to another workshop.

Would it be possible to do something similar but have a list of complex dates to be skipped when creating workshops if they fell inside a workshop's date range, so public and course holidays could be saved to a pattern/list which could be applied to other workshops quickly?
