Add Attachments to Notes Through API

Currently when adding notes to contacts using the API, the ability to attach files is not defined as an available parameter. It would be beneficial to add a parameter to accomplish this.

In my case, we generate a file automatically which then needs to be posted to the relevant contact's profile as a note. This process would be easier and faster if the posting of the note (with the file as an attachment) could be done entirely through the API.
