Allow a report to provide a list of current templates and certificate templates

For ISO 9001:2015 we maintain a register of approved and current documents.

We include our Templates and Certificate templates on these registers.

We currently have to manually update these registers as there is no way to generate a report with a list of the current templates as an excel spreadsheet.

We would like access to build a report that will generate a list of current templates, the date they were created, last updated and by whom they were updated/created so we can better apply quality assurance to the templates. Like the Resources Library report.
