Calendar View for Trainers

Hi there,

We would love it if our trainers could view all of our Company's courses in their calendar. At the moment they can only see the courses that are linked to them. Can you please provide an option for them to see ALL courses, not just their own, as it would be very helpful.

  This is something we struggled with as well. We had to create our own Trainer Role under the Administrator section to give trainers access to view courses across the business and to use some other restricted sections.

  Yeah, we may have to do that. But it would be great to not to not to have to make them Administrators and then work backwards!

  We are still having issues with trainer's not being able to see all our courses only their own in the calendar, has there been any improvements since the last comment made 4 years ago? Is there a setting I have missed to turn on so the trainers can see all other courses?
