When you go to organizations and the select search contacts and it gives you a list of all the contacts it would be great to be able to add in their "role" and if they are a student their enrolment status so you don't have to click on every single contact to find out who is a student and who is a supervisor and if they are a student are the still currently enrolled

  I only just figured this out the other day but In the Search Contacts, you can add what information you want to see in your search then just sort the results by their position.

  Just tried that and need to do that every time = was hoping to be able to set like a default view every time that I went through that way.  Would be still good to get their enrolment status if a student as still need to click onto everyone Thanks thou

  Hi Berni

  Because you are wanting the enrolment status of the students, you will need to use a saved report to do this - I would recommend the Class Enrolments or Workshop Bookings reports.

  These should have all the organisation/contact filters and fields that you require.
