Allow the ability to pause assessment linking on a class

It would be great if there was an option to pause or temporarily disable the link between an assessment and a unit in a class.

I recently had an assessment that I need to review and did not want new students who are being enrolled in the class to accidentally have released to them. I had a handful of students already enrolled in the assessment within this class, I just wanted to guarantee no more would be enrolled until the review is finished.

I had to delete the linkage between the assessment and the unit in that class to ensure it would no longer show up when a new student was enrolled in the class.

By deleting the linkage it meant that I no longer had the options within the class to use the 'assessments' view and the 'bulk update assessment' option was also no longer available.

It would be great if there was an option to pause the linkage rather than having to delete it.
