Stop creating new profile when email address has different capitalisation
PlannedCurrently the system creates multiple profiles for the same person when their first name/last name matches but their email address' capitalisation does not match exactly. Could you please make this stop? For example,
they are exactly the same people but the system creates a duplicate profile, which makes it difficult to manage returning students.

Our developers have investigated the issue and are having some issues reproducing the issue. Is anyone able to provide us with some steps that they could follow to recreate the contacts duplicating, so that we may resolve this issue?
