SMS Broadcast Instructions

Hi all,

Would anyone who is currently using SMS Broadcast be willing to reach out and give some help.

I've tried following the instructions, but not 100% sure what specific information is required in each field.

I have whitelisted our domain in SMS Broadcast.

If someone is happy to help me, I would gladly expand on the instructions to be posted in the aXc help section to help others moving forward. Thanks in advance :)

  We use SMS Broaadcast - our SMS Domain is slightly different?

  Thanks for that. And thank you for reminding me to return here.

  aXcelerate were great helping me through this matter. For anyone else that may stumble upon it, we've updated our SMS domain as per Kate's comment, but we also had to update our SPF record in cPanel (we use Office 365).
