Workflow - Send contact template from Dynamic report field

We have a number of workflows to send students reminders of upcoming training sessions, units due etc.  As these are being sent from our central email address (API user) reply's are being received here rather than directly to the trainers.

I would be great if the email template could be sent from a dynamic field in the report (being the trainers email) the same way the 'To Contacts:' field works.

  In Agreement, would love the ability to select more options for "From" as opposed to also needing to login to a new user when sending templates.
