Reporting on Automations

Hi All 

Is there any way we can report on the automations that we have running? e.g., maybe have a download report button on the Automated task page to enable a report to be pulled listing all automations, what reports they are running off, who the report goes to, schedule, etc. I couldn't see any functionality to build a report like this in the Report Builder tab either.
