Assessment access time

Would be great to add an option providing access to assessments based on the start time of the workshop. Eg allow access from the start time of the workshop rather than based of the start date.

  Hi Adrian, we wanted this same thing so we entered specific times in the assessment plan scheduling system to enable access at a certain time of the day. So this could work if your workshops have consistent start times and the assessment release is consistent. 

  Perhaps if you run the course in more than one way, then you could create more than one assessment plan. Not perfect but it is a workaround for now.
