Mailout Groups - remove cancelled learners

When sending merged emails to mailout groups we either need to be able to specify that the email should only go to in progress learners, OR have a way to remove learners with a cancelled status from the mailout group in bulk.

I know you can specify the learners status as in progress when adding contacts to the mailout group in bulk, but we get students withdrawing from their studies throughout the year and currently there's no way to ensure that the mailout group is up to date and doesn't include cancelled students without manually removing them from the mailout group individually.
