Report by Assessor In-Tray
CompletedRequesting please a report which shows what is allocated to an Assessor's In-Tray (before they've necessarily clicked on the actual assessment).
Some examples of use would be to monitor Assessor workload, or when an Assessor is absent/leaves, you can see what assessments are awaiting marking. Currently Assessors are having to report each day on their workload, or we have to log-in to someone's account to view.
Perhaps to go further than that, a forward report where one can check upcoming classes and assessors allocated, rather than checking into each individual class.

Hi All
Thanks for your comments and feedback! Could I please confirm that by "In-Tray", you are referring essentially to a list of assessments which have been submitted, but have not been marked yet?
My interpretation of Helen's original request is that admin staff need to be able to monitor the amount of assessments that each assessor have assigned to them still awaiting marking.
Thank you in advance for your clarification.

That is also what I think would be helpful for Admin users, like the Online Assessments widget that trainers have but one for Admin to see, which includes all students and trainers on the widget, we sometimes need to give trainers a helpful reminder to get marking done and make sure students are evenly distributed between them

Hi All
The Online Assessment Attempts report can be setup to filter on "Assessment Status - Submitted". This will show a list of all unmarked assessments.
I will investigate whether we can improve the "Assessor" filter and display fields in this report to show the currently assigned assessor instead of the one who has "finalised the attempt outcome" - which is not very helpful when we are looking for unmarked attempts.

Hi Helen
Sorry for not checking in sooner. This change slipped by me and I didn't realise until now.
Back in September we released new filters and fields in the Assessment Reports for the "Assigned Assessor" which should resolve this issue.
Check them out, and let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Have a great evening!

I've gone looking for this and cannot find what you're referring to. I too would like to have a report/widget that will show me at a glance who is not keeping up with their marking pile.
At the moment I have to go and view each specific assessor individually and write down the amount of assessments in their pile each week so I can allocate help where it's needed.
