Template Builder - Selection list to individual check boxes

This is a functional request to expand all selection lists to have a represented check box. Similar how Gender was just a selection which [Trainee Gender] provided the selection, but how its been expanded into |Trainee Gender Male|, |Trainee Gender Female| & |Trainee Gender X|.

Custom checkbox fields duplicate the required amount of work and selection to checkbox for templates would help automate the functionality of many frequently used templates - specifically training plans where whilst the online templates are a guideline, they still need to be as near as possible to the guideline as they can - without continual opportunity for human error as previously captured data being entered into manual check-boxes is a fair amount of double handling and rework may be required if anything is missed.

Example lists that frequently occur are [Trainee Employment Status], which overrides the check-boxes if automated, but could easily be mapped to |Trainee Employment Status Part Time| / |Trainee Employment Status Full Time| as an example.
