Adjustment of Agent deduction (pre-deduction of commission) on Batch Commission

It would be better if we have a way to adjust pre-deducted Agent Commission full/part in the Education Agent commission report- unassigned/Batch in order minimise the time it takes to process the commission and also avoid situations like overpaying the agents. 

requesting AX to have the following options 
- filtering the commission based on the student's commencement date
- adjust pre deducted commission on the agent commission report - to avoid double payment
