Add option to Duplicate a Qualification + qualifiation release number field

It would be excellent to add a Duplicate Qualification option.

The new Diploma of Business has 10 different unit combination/packaging rules options with 99 units that need to be sorted into elective streams for each different option.

So this means adding it 10 times to the system, then adding the streams 10 times, with so many electives this is very time consuming and leaves a lot of room for human error.

If there was a duplicate qualification option this would make it a lot easier so we are not repeating the same stream allocations 10 different times.

Also if there was the option to add 'release number' as an option to have another version of the same qualification similar to the stream option with, 'release start date' and 'transition end date' sections added to qualifications page too, this would be great so that we can have multiple releases in the system during transition timeframes and help us keep track of our compliance obligations.

  It is going to be mighty hard to add and track the different packaging rules / units included between the two releases of BSB60619 without being able to track qualification versions.

  To add to this, it would also be good if it displayed what version of the qualification is currently in the system. So when you click the 'update qualification' button, it shows which release version is coming down from TGA, but it doesn't appear to show this anywhere on the qualification page after that.

  Any chance this idea could be discussed with development?

  There is no way for me to have 2 releases of qualifications in the system without adding it to the 'qualification stream' field but we have that field show on our certificates, so I can't use this as a certificate would show 'release 2' which wouldn't be compliant.

  Could the stream settings not be copied to allow a 'release' setting?
